NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE
ASSESSMENT ROLL

HEARING OF COMPLAINTS
Notice is hereby given that the assessor of the Town of North Harmony, County of Chautauqua, has completed the tentative assessment roll for the current year and that a copy has been left with Nancy Thomas, Town Clerk of the Town of North Harmony, at 5350 Stow Road, Ashville, New York, 14710, where it may be examined by any interested person until
May 25, 2022.
The assessor, or her designee, will be in attendance with the tentative assessment roll at the Assessor’s Office, 2 Academy Street, Mayville, NY, 14757, on the following dates and times:
May 12, 2022 4:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M.
May 14, 2022 7:30 A.M. – 11:30 A.M.
May 17, 2022 12:00 P.M. – 4:00 P.M.
May 18, 2022 8:30 A.M. – 12:30 P.M.
The Board of Assessment Review will meet on May 25, 2022, between the hours of 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., at the Town of Chautauqua, 2 Academy Street, Mayville, NY, 14757, to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the application of any person believing himself to be aggrieved, on an appointment basis only.
