4/28/2020 COVID-19 Updates
One new case of COVID-19 in Chautauqua County Today
Chautauqua County statistics:
32 confirmed cases, including a new case of a female in her 50s;
4 active cases – continue to recover under orders of the Local Health Official per NYS Public Health Law;
25 recovered cases;
36 cases under quarantine/isolation orders by the Public Health Director and being monitored. Not all of those being monitored are confirmed to have COVID-19 but have either shown symptoms, are awaiting results, or have risk factors; and
788 negative test results to date.

FeedMore WNY (joined forces of The Food Bank of WNY and Meals on Wheels for WNY) works to feed more Western New Yorkers of all ages for whom securing nutritious food is a challenge. FeedMore WNY is offering pop-up food distribution sites for Chautauqua County residents who have immediate food needs. These sites are as follows:
4/29 – Sinclairville Food Pantry – 9:30 AM – 11 AM
4/29 – Ripley Food Pantry – 1:15 PM – 3:15 PM
4/29 – Salvation Army Jamestown – 10 AM – 12 PM and 1 PM – 3:30 PM; Last name beginning with A – G (picture ID required)
4/29 – Area Christian Council Findley Lake – 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
4/30 – Area Christian Council Sherman – 9 AM – 11 AM
