Mr. Levesque opened the hearing at 7:00 PM
Mr. Stapleton swore in all who expressed intent to speak regarding the application.
Mr. Thomas motioned to accept the minutes of the 5/24/17, ZBA Hearing as presented by the Town Clerk. Mr. Michalak seconded and the motion was carried unanimously.
- Adam Kallay requesting a Special Permit to construct a 21.6’ x 36’ roof over a Recreational Vehicle and deck located at property owned by Robert Kanouff, Lakeside Camping, 3280 Hadley Bay Rd., Stow, NY, specifically in the R-4 District, Section 332.20-1-35, Lot #99.
Mr. Kallay said he is here to represent his son Adam. Mr. Levesque asked him what they wished to do. Mr. Kallay said they would like to construct a deck with a roof over a travel trailer and the deck which would be 36’ x 21.6’. Mr. Levesque asked if there would be a railing. Mr. Kallay said just a standard height rail. He said they had no intent to create any solid style wall. Mr. Levesque asked the property owner, Bob Kanouff if he had any objections. Mr. Kanouff said no. Mr. Vaillancourt asked who would do the construction. Mr. Kallay said his son planned to do the work himself.
Mr. Levesque motioned to grant a Special Permit to Adam Kallay to construct a 21.6’ x 36’ roof over a Recreational Vehicle and deck located at property owned by Robert Kanouff, Lakeside Camping, 3280 Hadley Bay Rd., Stow, NY, specifically in the R-4 District, Section 332.20-1-35, Lot #99. Mr. Vaillancourt seconded and the motion was carried unanimously.
