Planning Board

Mr. Senske opened the meeting, Mr. Lawson, Zoning C.E.O. gave report. See May 12, 2014 Town Board minutes.
Mr. Senske asked the board to have a joint meeting with the Town Boardto address the SubDivision Law. LouisRieg made that a motion, John Warner second themotion. All were in favor.
Mr. Saracki’s site plan review from April 8, 2014 meeting was sent back to the Planning Board from the Zoning Board of Appeals. The ZBA asked that Mr. Saracki return to the Planning Board unEl recommendations come from Chautauqua County Soil and Water was discussed. The ZBA didn’t feel that Mr. Saracki provided a complete picture of the Storm Water prevention Plan from Rt. 394 to the lake. The ZBA suggested that Mr. Saracki may want to change his plan to incorporate some of these requirements.
Mr. Saracki is before the Planning Board to show a new devised plan for site plan review.
These changes will include the following:
- 7 acres will be purchased from Mr. Sitz.
- Two executive style homes will be built on 120[. lots on the north side of power lines.
- The homes will be approximately 2500 ‐2700 sq [. with a full walkout lower level. Each home will have a two car garage, with a 50[ right of way for both property owners.
- Plans to gravel 22[. of gravel along with 11-12[. black top with driveway.
Mr. Saracki’s goal is to provide a checklist with all criteria that is required for showing set backs and a Storm Water prevention Plan at the next Planning Board meeting on 6‐10‐14.
Brad Lawson said that the Chautauqua County Soil and Water have already looked at the site plan and will need information prior to the next Planning Board meeting to give a determination. Mr. Saracki will need to bring all information required with drawings and narratives. A decision will be made by the Planning Board upon having the correct information. Mr. Saracki is not asking for variances. If all information given to the Planning Board is correct he will not need to go to the ZBA.
The next regular meeting is scheduled for June 10, 2014.
