Members Present: Pat Rice, J.Phil Strand, Steve Senske, Louis Rieg, Brad Lawson, John Warner
Others Present: Andy Johnson, Dave Waller, Richard Sena
Mr. Rice opened the meeting, Mr. Lawson, Zoning C.E.O. gave report. See March 11, 2014 minutes.
Richard Sena reported the Hydro fracking meeting to be very informative with a nice presentation.
Mr. Lawson reported two new home starts in Chautauqua Escapes and Bly Hill. Mr. Lawson also talked about looking at a new schedule with setting fees for permits. The board would like to keep the schedule user friendly while being able to cover costs.
Dave Waller, Andrew R. Johnson, PE, CPESC asking for a site plan review for a pond on Carpenter-Pringle Rd./ North of Open Meadows Rd (383.00-1-10). Proposed area for the pond is 1.0 acre/10ft depth, tying into the drainage swale. A wildlife food plot area will be .07AC. The food plot will consist of white clover and rye grass to attract deer and turkey. The pond will be used to stock fish, located 300ft off Carpenter-Pringle Rd. The pond will exist on a wooded 40 acre lot that will not be visible from the road. D.E.C. requires a 6ft. ht. dike for the pond with a 2 to 1 slope. Fill will be brought in to make a driveway and prevent tracking onto Carpenter-Pringle Rd. A possibility of one week construction, weather permitting.
Site plan approved.
The next regular meeting is scheduled for April 8, 2014.
Meeting adjourned 8:00 P.M.
Respectfully Submitted,
Kristy Vaillancourt
